Beginner Yoga Course In Gachibowli Hyderabad. Start practicing yoga safely and effectively. If you have never done yoga, or if you have not put foot on the mat for a few years, this course is for you!
The course will serve as a starting point to follow any other course or sequence of yoga, both live and on Yoga n ‘Ride.
- Lesson after lesson, I will guide you in learning the main techniques that yoga makes available to us:
- Positions (asana);
- Breathing techniques (pranayama);
- Hand gestures (mudras),
- Body contractions (bandha) and relaxation techniques.
- In this way you can get an idea of what yoga is made of and how to do it correctly.
The course is suitable for everyone (apart from pregnant women).
During the various lessons I will provide you with the necessary information to perform a safe practice; in any case, I remind you to always check that the position you are performing corresponds, even more or less, to the one I show you, and always feel free to modify the positions according to the two needs.
Each body has its own flexibility, so do not pretend to immediately get to touch your toes … accept your limits and never force positions, yoga is not pain but respect!
